| Q. Is there a cover charge for the nightly entertainment? |
| A. Currently
there are no cover charges for entertainment provided by the
Weirs Beach Lobster Pound, |
| Q. Will there be a "Happy Hour" offered in the lounge and what days and hours will be offered? |

A. Happy Hour will be offered in our lounge, however we have
not established the happy hour schedule as of yet. As we
get closer to our tentative May 15 opening we should be able
to give you that information. Please check back.

| Q. Will the restaurant be open during bike week? |
|
A. Yes, the restaurant will remain
open during bike week and although there are many visitors and
vendors getting into the restaurant during our normal hours
should present no problem.

| Q. Do you have a children's menu? |
| A. We have always been and will remain
a family restaurant and in keeping with that tradition we
certainly will have a children's menu. |
| Q. Is the restaurant going to be open on a year-round basis? |
|
A. We Currently are scheduled to be
open from mid-May to mid-October. We will evaluate at that time
if remaining open year-round would be feasible.

| Q. Can patrons of the lounge order food from either a bar menu or the regular menu. |
| A. Patrons of the lounge will be able
to enjoy our food offerings and we are working on those menus. |
