From Boston: Follow Route 93 North to exit 20.  Turn left off the exit and follow Route 3 and 11 to the Laconia bypass. (Entrance to bypass across from the Belknap Mall)   at the end of the bypass turn right and follow Route 3 and 11 to Weirs Blvd., which is also Route 3, crossover Weirs Beach Bridgeand you will find the Weirs Beach Lobster Pound restaurant on the left right across from the entrance to Weirs Beach.
